La porci\u00f3n es de una cucharada sopera por litro de agua.<\/p>\n<p>La pasta se a\u00f1ade al agua cuando est\u00e1 en ebullici\u00f3n, ya que si la incorporas antes corres el riesgo de que se pase de cocci\u00f3n. Una vez adentro, se debe remover constantemente para evitar que la pasta se pegue.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imagen1 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/gavilla.com.mx\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/05-Al-Dente.png\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1000px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1000\/255;\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>T\u00c9RMINO Y TIEMPOS <\/strong><br \/>\nUna pasta est\u00e1 en su punto perfecto o al dente cuando la parte central de la misma no est\u00e1 cocida del todo y mantiene su forma y de consistencia blanda por fuera.<\/p>\n<p>El tiempo va a depender del tipo de pasta que se est\u00e9 utilizando, si es reci\u00e9n hecha o procesada, el tama\u00f1o, la composici\u00f3n de sus ingredientes, etc., por ejemplo, la m\u00e1s com\u00fan que es el espagueti estar\u00e1 listo de 10 a 11 minutos si es una pasta fresca, una m\u00e1s grande como Paccheri puede tardar hasta 16 minutos. Si son pastas de uso regular el tiempo puede ser hasta de 5 \u2013 7 minutos.<br \/>\nEste tiempo tambi\u00e9n depender\u00e1 de la salsa con la que se acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1, si ser\u00e1 caliente, se le pueden reducir dos minutos de cocci\u00f3n que se terminar\u00e1n en la sart\u00e9n con la salsa, as\u00ed evitaremos que se sobre cueza la pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante detener la cocci\u00f3n escurriendo la pasta del agua caliente.
