El ingrediente principal es el toque c\u00edtrico que lleva en la preparaci\u00f3n. Se le a\u00f1aden la cebolla, el jitomate, el aguacate, el pepino, cilantro y picante.<\/p>\n<p>Los pescados m\u00e1s comunes usados son el sierra, el huachinango y el robalo.
